T11997Experience the appeal of the 4x4 beach at “Salt Charm!” Shift into 4-wheel drive and head 7.3 miles up the beach to this oceanfront retreat. Stunning ocean views and the most sought-after amenities are yours to enjoy during your stay.
On the top floor of the home, the ocean view and natural light fill the great room. Kick back and relax in the living area, which includes an electric fireplace to warm you up on chilly mornings. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which has two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Pour a glass of wine while preparing for dinner and gaze out at the ocean while gathering around the kitchen island. When you’re not enjoying meals at the large dining area table, play a hand of cards or a board game while enjoying the waves crashing in the background. Sip your coffee on the couch in the extra-large screened-in porch, and soak in the sights and sounds of sunrise over the Atlantic. There is one master bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck and gorgeous ocean views, even from the shower! A half bathroom can also be found on the third floor.
On the second floor of the home, there are four master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Three of the master bedrooms have access to the deck and a view of the ocean. There is a den with a wet bar and refrigerator, so there’s no need to walk up to the third floor for a beverage refill. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the second level.
Outside, fun in the sun is on the agenda. Make a splash in the refreshing private pool or simply hang out in the poolside cabana. Soak your cares away in the hot tub. Be on the lookout for the Corolla Wild Horses that roam the area. Historic Wash Woods Coast Guard Station is located nearby for the history buffs in your group. Make treasured OBX vacation memories at “Salt Charm” on the 4x4 beach!

On the north side of the Currituck National Wildlife Refuge, there is plenty of wide open space separating the communities of Swan Beach and North Swan Beach. Specifically referred to as “North Swan Beach”, this portion of the 4x4 Beaches is situated just south of Carova Beach and approximately 3 ½ to 4 miles north of the beach access ramp.
