Enjoy ocean views and salty breezes from the top deck at this family-friendly beach house. Comfortable living spaces and modern coastal decor can be found throughout the home.
On the top floor of the home, you’ll find the main living area, which features high ceilings and many windows to allow natural light to fill the room. The living area is comfortably furnished, perfect for catching up with loved ones or watching your favorite TV show. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops is as functional as it is attractive. Seating is available at the kitchen island as well as in the dining area. There is one master bedroom on the top floor, which includes a private bathroom and private deck. A half bathroom can also be found on the top floor. The third floor deck is covered and perfect for relaxing with a good book. If you prefer to soak in the sunshine, head up to the rooftop ship’s watch deck.
On the middle level, you’ll find an additional master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, as well as laundry facilities on the second floor. On the first level, you will find a spacious game room that is perfect for evenings of fun, featuring a pool table, and lounge area. Drink refills are never far away, as there is a refrigerator on the ground floor. There is one master bedroom on this level, which includes a private bathroom. An additional bedroom and bathroom are also included on the ground floor.
Outside, make a splash in the refreshing private pool. Lounge around poolside or sit at the pergola with bar counter height seating. Play a game of pickup ball at the basketball goal in the driveway. After the sun sets for the evening, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub. As part of the Ocean Lake community, you will have access to shared amenities including tennis courts, a community pool, and a fishing lake. The Currituck Lighthouse, restaurants, shops and more are a bike ride or short drive away.
