Holiday House updates for the 2026 season include a new classic arcade game, new easy to use audio system throughout the house and decks, three new dishwashers, and a new first floor ice maker, new and or refurbished Andersen sliding doors, replaced picture windows in many locations and new steps to the beach. New low gate between East first floor deck and carport and a fenced gravel dog area off the pool deck for small dogs. Recent updates include renovating the two half bathrooms, new furniture in the bunk bedroom, new light fixtures and faucets in multiple bathrooms, new pool fencing, exterior paint, replacing the Level 3 oceanfront decking with modern composite materials and installing new coastal ceiling fans, new great room and dining room furniture, new HVAC systems, new refrigerators, updated third floor light fixtures, and new pendant lights over the wet bar.

Holiday House is your dream oceanfront oasis resting on an especially desirable and beautiful stretch of Pine Island in Corolla, NC. The view of the sunrise over the ocean is amazing and is visible from the second and third floor. Relax watching waves crash on the beach from the comfort of the third floor while keeping an eye out for dolphins. The unobstructed spectacular view to the west is over the Audubon preserve and Currituck Sound. Sunset celebrations are a nightly must. The Holiday House floor plan is ideal for large and small groups.
The thoughtfully decorated top level offers large and small gathering and dining spaces sure to make any size group feel comfortable and connected. There are 7 spacious ensuite bedrooms with private bath and an 8th bedroom with a dedicated full bath. Six of the eight bedrooms are oceanfront with direct deck access. The two sound side first floor ensuite bedrooms provide ample flexible space and are great for children, teens and adults as needed. The pull-out sofa in the first-floor common space is useful to provide flexible sleeping space for bigger groups. Third floor entertainment options abound with foosball, shuffleboard, indoor/outdoor audio, a large Smart TV in the great room along with various games, puzzles, and books. For a little extra fun, Holiday House also features a Taylor Swiftâthemed scavenger hunt - the âSwiftie Challengeâ - where guests can test their knowledge and hunt for hidden surprises around the home.
Chef it up with family and friends in the spacious and well-equipped gourmet kitchen featuring a Viking gas stove with griddle, three ovens, two dishwashers, microwave, and a modern Monogram refrigerator. The lower level features a large gathering space with audio/video entertainment, an 8-foot pool table, kitchenette with refrigerator, icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, wet bar, and coffee maker.
All the outdoor decks have ample and varied furniture and feature lounge chairs, Adirondack style chairs, bar height and standard height table and chair sets along with a porch swing and a hammock. The oversized swimming pool has a heat option to extend/improve the swim season upon request (date restrictions apply). A large luxury hot tub, outdoor ping pong table and corn hole are sure to keep your group entertained. There is private access to the beach via the dune top deck. Enjoy a complimentary beach tent and 6 chairs set up for you daily on the beach (date restrictions apply). Additional beach chairs are available for your use.
