In search of the OBX vacation home that has it all? Look no further, “Ain’t Misbehavin’” offers stunning ocean views and many luxurious upgrades, provided with relaxation in mind, for the ultimate Outer Banks vacation. Located in the southern section of Pine Island, the beach is uncrowded, as the only access points are from the surrounding homes. There are panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean to the east, as well as views of the Currituck Sound to the west. Watch the sunrise with morning coffee and the sunset with an evening beverage. Two screened porches, one on the ocean side and one on the sound side, allow for the comfortable, insect-free enjoyment of the sunrise and sunset.
The outdoor oasis at “Ain’t Misbehavin’” is sure to be everyone’s favorite place to hang out. The elevated pool area features outdoor living at its best. Gaze at the ocean from the enormous deck and elevated private pool or ten-person hot tub. The pool area is located on the middle level, allowing guests to look for dolphins in the ocean while wading in the pool. The pool features a swim-up bar, shallow area for kids, tanning ledge, and light features to add a fun element to evening swims. The poolside grilling area features two large commercial grills, allowing for a lot of food to be prepared at once. Outdoor seating is also included in the covered deck. The two spacious gathering areas with ample seating and ocean views provide accommodation for larger groups to be entertained without being crowded. There are three spacious decks on the west side of the home, perfect for watching the sunset on the sound. A putting green and bocce court are available to enjoy in the yard.
No need to worry about multiple trips hauling beach equipment down the private beach walkway. Memorial Day (May 26, 2026) through Labor Day (August 31, 2026) this home offers daily setup (excluding check-in day) of a 10’ x 10’ tent that includes a bar top and 6 beach chairs for the ultimate beach experience.
Upon entering the top level of the home, the ocean view greets you as it floods through the floor to ceiling windows. Chat with family in the comfortable living area, with gas fireplace, or play a game at the card table. The nearby wet bar with mini refrigerator and wine cooler are available to keep drinks and snacks handy. The spacious dining area features two large dining tables and a breakfast nook ensuring that everyone can enjoy meals together. The extremely large and well-appointed kitchen has many unique features and commercial appliances, including a Viking gas range, three ovens, two dishwashers, two smart refrigerators, warming drawers, an ice maker, appetizer sink, and a teak coffee bar. Unloading groceries is a breeze with the elevator that services all three levels of the home. The grand master bedroom on the top level is truly unique, with ocean to sound views and a gas fireplace. When the sliding doors between the bedroom and bathroom are open, there are ocean views from the large, tiled shower with multiple showerheads. Have a restorative soak in the whirlpool tub after relaxing in the private sauna. A half bathroom completes the upper level.
The middle level consists of a mix of bedrooms and common areas. The rec room with pool table also includes comfortable seating, a TV, and a wet bar with a full size refrigerator. The screened porch is located just off of the rec room. A half bathroom is nearby for convenience. All of the five bedrooms on the middle level is a master, each with a private bathroom. Each bathroom features a beautiful upscale tiled shower, some with multiple sprayers.
The lower level also includes bedrooms and entertainment areas. Each of the four bedrooms on this level is a master, with a private bathroom with a tiled shower. One of the luxurious master bathrooms features multiple showerheads and sprayers, a rain shower, and whirlpool bathtub. Take family movie night to the next level in the large theatre room. Sink into one of the 16 leather recliners in the state of the art theater. A wet bar with a full size refrigerator is located just outside of the theater room for convenience. The laundry room and a half bathroom complete the lower level’s interior. Step outside of the lower level to play ping pong or checkers on the lower level deck.
