"The elevator was a huge asset for the adults with bad knees. The house was well stocked with dishes and several small appliances. The location is great; close to the beach, playground and community pools."

"It was clean and well maintained and we liked the family room on the 2nd floor and the 2 sets of dishwasher and clothes washer and dryers."

"This was by far the best house we stayed in. The house was beautiful, had lots of spots to hang out, short walking distance to the ocean walkway, lots of kitchen equipment and lots of amenities in the clubhouses. We would definitely stay here again! The only downfall was that the pool was on the smaller side."

"This home was beautiful and perfect for our family. It was wonderful having all that space as we had some pretty rainy weather to start. It was also nice having the elevator for unpacking and packing the cars. Everything was clean and in good condition. The beds were comfortable and I didn’t hear any complaints. The outside deck areas were great with nice furniture and so was the screen porch."

"Enjoyed the large 3rd floor living space, proximetry and easy access to the beach and other amenities the 4 Seasons community provides like playground, large community pools, and shuttle. House has lovely decks for reading or watching sunsets. Pool area at the home was really nice with ample seating with shaded and full sun areas."

"We enjoyed the open floor plan, the Roku TVs, the elevator and the number of master baths. Another great feature is the pool table in the lower level and the extra gathering area in the middle level. It is also such a blessing to bring our furry friend along with us so we aren’t worrying about him at home."

"The house was perfect for our needs- lots of community spaces but privacy as well, well stocked, views of the ocean, close to the beach, and we could bring our pets. The home is cozy and beautiful. Best house we have rented in our 20 years coming to the Duck/Corolla area."

"We have rented all over the Outer Banks from houses right on the beach.to right on the sound. this by far was the best house I would highly recommend it. I would also highly recommend getting a golf cart. Wow the beach access is so close and convenient taking the golf cart to and from the beach through four seasons community, and enter duck was ideal."

"We loved that there were many masters with king beds. The convenience of multiple dish washers and washing machines made living there easy and the ice machine was incredible! We loved how easy it was to get to the beach access each day."

"This was our first visit to Feelin Tipsea. The home was well appointed and had some extras that we would have loved to know about in advance (wagon, pack n play, baby gates). We had our pups with us and it was just great! You can’t beat the location especially with little ones. Waking to the park and beach was a breeze."

"The house was well laid out to accommodate our family … enough rooms for everyone and the elevator was definitely a plus for us. We loved the pool table and bar area on the bottom floor and having the refrigerator and ice machine was also a plus. Being close to the beach made it easy for us to load up items in the provided wagon. We also appreciated all the board games, cards and chess set … thank you for everything"

"The rental's room lay out was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was very well equipped. The rec room was great with a surprise Pac-Man game console as well. The 2nd floor living/family room was a very nice extra as well as the screen room on the 3rd floor. All outside amenities were great, hot tub, grill and pool."

"Tip & Cindy have a beautiful home. I have never seen a kitchen stocked with everything you would need. It is beautifully decorated & spacious. My husband & I had our vow renewal May 15 2021 with family & friends. Everyone talked about how beautiful the house was. My brother is recovering from cancer and the elevator was a must for him The only issues I noticed was a need for a few repairs: 3rd level living room floor next to deck door had some rot issues, the bedroom closet door, 1st floor duo bunkroom had some water damage. All the jets in hot tub didn't work, we tried to use 2 of the coffee pots and both didn't work properly. Other than those few issues it was an amazing house, amazing week. Would definitely recommend and vacation there again."

"This home is in a great location right in the heart of Duck, NC. It has a large open floor plan and is in excellent condition. The walk to the beach is fairly short and there is plenty of pool privacy. We have visited the OBX numerous times and this was one of our favorite houses. The only houses that were better were ocean front homes. Anyone who rents this house will find the beach, pool and shopping all very convenient. There are a number of fantastic restaurants in Duck. Highly recommended!"

"15th consecutive year vacationing with this house. My family loves the house and location. Unfortunatly this is the last year i will rent this house unless the new owners reduce the fee 25%, taking it back to the previous owner's fee. The house does not meet the standards for the 25% increase."
