Meet the Team


The Owner Services team is exclusively dedicated to assisting homeowners. As your first point of contact, they personally answer all phone calls, emails, and texts to provide one-on-one, immediate support. Owner Services facilitates the understanding of all aspects of Twiddy & Company's rental management service, including recommendations on rates and service providers, as well as answering any and all questions that arise. The Owner Services team regularly communicates with homeowners on best practices for optimal asset management. Ready to learn more about working together?

Katie Wheeler

Originally from Maryland, Katie found her way to the Outer Banks and interned with Twiddy during her summers in college. After graduating from James Madison University in 2008, she came on board full time and started in Guest Services. After a few years, she moved to Owner Services and is proud to work with such a dedicated and passionate team. When she’s not at work, she can be found spending most of her time with her puppy, Doublestuff.

Pam Geyer

Born and raised outside of Pittsburgh, PA, Pam has called the Outer Banks home since 2004. Working at Twiddy since 2009, her background in hospitality and guest services assisted her with a smooth transition to her current role, Owner Services Manager. Pam loves to travel so when she's not at work you can find her jet-setting around the world or relaxing with a good book in Ocracoke.

Kaleigh DiPietro

Kaleigh’s journey in the Outer Banks began in 2012, working seasonally before earning her Business Administration degree from Plymouth State University in 2014. Moving full-time in 2016, she quickly established herself at Twiddy ∓ Company in 2017. Her dedication saw her rapidly progress from Guest Services to Assistant Manager, mastering the client experience. By 2020, Kaleigh transitioned her passion for service into real estate sales, spending two highly successful years on a top-performing team. Her exceptional leadership and comprehensive understanding of the market made her the natural choice to lead the real estate division. When she’s not driving results for her team, Kaleigh enjoys music, reading, Pilates, and cherishing time with her husband, son, and dog.

Alison Robertson

Born and raised in Elizabeth City, NC, and a graduate of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC, Alison has a strong multigenerational family connection to and a love for the Outer Banks. She relocated to the Outer Banks in 2016 where she resides in Kill Devil Hills. She has three beautiful children and loves to travel, hike, and spend long days on ANY beach. Beginning her career at Twiddy in the field as part of our Premier Home Services team, she transitioned into Guest Services where she fell in love with enhancing the guest experience in your homes. Naturally, this led to a desire to create relationships with you, the owners. She transitioned into Owner Services in December 2019. Alison began working with owners who purchased homes currently in our program in the fall of 2020. She helped them navigate their new rental management partnership with Twiddy & Company leading up to and shortly after their purchase. Her passion for the rental and real estate sales markets on the Outer Banks made her the perfect choice to head our Business Development team. Alison now works with Twiddy's Owner Services, Asset Management, and Real Estate Sales teams to assist homeowners newly joining Twiddy & Company -- ensuring a smooth transition, a proper introduction, and a wealth of experience to everyone she encounters.

Sarah-Olivia Temple

Sarah-Olivia was born and raised in Lawrenceville, Virginia. During her college summers, she began her journey with Twiddy & Company as an intern on the Field Services team, later transitioning into a full-time role within the department. She graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Business Management. During her time in Field Services, Sarah-Olivia enjoyed helping homeowners maintain their properties and ensuring guests received a memorable Outer Banks experience. In October 2025, she transitioned to the Business Development team, where she utilizes her background in business management. In her current role, she works with homeowners who are newly joining Twiddy & Company, helping ensure a smooth transition, providing a welcoming and informative introduction to the Twiddy team, and delivering a positive, knowledgeable experience from the very beginning. In her free time, Sarah-Olivia enjoys boating, being on the water, and spending time with friends and family.

Helen Newbern

Helen is a seasoned leader in vacation rental management, bringing more than a decade of experience to the industry since 2014. She is committed to delivering exceptional service and consistently achieving outstanding outcomes for both property owners and guests. With a strategic focus on asset performance, Helen partners closely with owners to help them reach their real estate and financial goals. She understands that thoughtful, proactive management is essential to maximizing returns and protecting long-term investments. Her approach includes offering informed recommendations that enhance the guest experience and elevate a property’s overall appeal. Her blend of business insight and genuine hospitality has earned her a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and exceptional results. Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending quality time with her family and getting lost in a good thriller.

Tracey Sheehy

Tracey Sheehy is a rare Outer Banks native! She and her husband reside in Currituck County. She has three amazing daughters and can be found traveling, spending quality time with her family, shopping, reading, meeting friends for a beach day, or donating time at local charities. Tracey began her career at Twiddy in August of 2014 where she worked in Guest Services. She transitioned to Owner Services in the fall of 2017 and is focusing on enhancing the owner experience in her current role.

Shelby Hanrahan

Shelby relocated to the Outer Banks from Iowa in 2020 with her family. Shortly thereafter she joined Twiddy & Company as a Vacation Specialist and transitioned to Owner Services briefly before shifting to Field Services in April 2022, when our "Zone Teams" moved to Operations. Shelby has returned to the Owner Services team, offering a wealth of knowledge from her experience in other departments. Shelby primarily assists new home buyers with their transition to Twiddy & Company. Her passion to deliver quality service makes her a perfect fit! In her time away from work, Shelby enjoys exploring the Outer Banks, spending time with her friends and family, and taking care of her plants!

Chris Trimble

Chris first joined the Twiddy family during the summer of 2017, working as a Financial Analyst intern. He transitioned into his role as a Pricing Data Analyst in Owner Services in January 2018 after graduating from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with his MBA. Chris also completed his undergraduate degree at La Salle, where he was a double major in Finance and marketing. While at La Salle, Chris competed as a member of the Track and Field team.

Susie Anders

Susie has worked for Twiddy & Company since 2004, all but one of those years in Owner Services. She is a native of the Philadelphia suburbs and is an avid Eagles fan. She is a graduate of Villanova University and is a huge Nova basketball fan, too. She has been of service to many of our homeowners during her tenure and is a wealth of information and experience. Many of you have corresponded with Susie via email and on the phone as she works to assist homeowners with a variety of questions.

Mary Mason

Mary is an NC girl having been born in Eastern NC and then growing up in Durham. She moved to the Outer Banks from Richmond VA in 1998 and raised two children before starting her career at Twiddy & Company in 2015. Mary's passion is building relationships and she began her journey in our Guest Services Department where she grew into an Assistant Manager role striving to provide the best guest experience. In early 2022, Mary moved to Owner Services where she hopes to formulate and strengthen lasting partnerships with our homeowner community.

Gabriel Pickett

Gabriel brings years of experience in your Field Services Department, including several summers as an intern, to his newer role within Owner Services. He puts his firsthand field knowledge to work helping countless homeowners address challenges ranging from general maintenance concerns to complex repair needs. With a strong focus on problem-solving, Gabriel ensures that every homeowner feels supported and confident in maintaining their investment by offering solutions that are practical and effective. Recently, Gabriel has turned his attention to helping homeowners with their pricing strategies to help them achieve their financial goals. Whether it’s a repair or a renovation, Gabriel’s insight into both the technical and financial aspects of homeownership, along with his strident belief in transparency, makes him an invaluable partner to our homeowner community.

Lizzy Edwards

Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Lizzy joined Twiddy & Company as an Owner Services intern in 2023 while studying at Longwood University. She returned each summer and became a full-time member of the Owner Services team at the end of summer 2025, after graduating with a degree in Business Management and Marketing and a minor in Supply Chain Management. Lizzy is passionate about clear communication, teamwork, and building strong relationships with homeowners, using her business background and service mindset to support a smooth and positive experience. In her time away from work, Lizzy enjoys long walks, spending days on the beach, and improving her surfing skills.

Emily Elliott

A true North Carolinian at heart, Emily grew up in Charlotte before heading to Greenville to attend East Carolina University. After graduation, the pull of the coast was too strong to resist, leading her to begin a career in banking at the beach. However, it was in 2009 that she found her true professional calling in rental management. Emily loves the fast-paced nature of this industry and the relationships she forms with homeowners and guests alike. Emily began at Twiddy on the Guest Services team and transitioned to the Owner Services team in 2012 and has enjoyed it ever since. Outside of the office, her life revolves around enjoying the outdoors with her family and two rescue dogs, and cheering on the Tarheels!

Katy Stotler

Raised just across the sound on Knotts Island, Katy has called the Outer Banks home since 2014. She joined the Premier Home Services team in 2017 and transitioned to full-time in 2020 after graduating with her MBA from East Carolina University. In her current role, Katy collaborates with homeowners to ensure their properties deliver a premier experience for every guest. She especially enjoys the relationship-building side of her work and focuses on developing deep, long-term partnerships with our owners. Outside of the office, you can find Katy enjoying a family game night, putting together a puzzle, or caught up in a book on her porch.

Hunter Hewitt

Hunter is a proud local of Currituck County, a graduate of the local S.T.E.M. charter school, and earned his stripes as an Eagle Scout in 2017. Hunter's journey with Twiddy & Company began in June 2021 when he joined as a part-time Ambassador within our Premier Home Services program. The moment a full-time opportunity arose in our Guest Services Department specializing in vacation experiences, Hunter lept at the chance to learn more about our company culture. Hunter has since transitioned to a role within our Premier Home Services team as of fall 2023 where he works with a select group of homeowners and the Owner Services team. Beyond work, Hunter enjoys traveling and he often finds himself on Cape Cod during the summer and skiing in Colorado or Canada in the winter.

Sean Lear

Born and bred in Northern England, Sean moved to New York City in 2003 working as a regional manager for a very prestigious French luxury fashion retailer. After 15 great years in the big apple Sean decided to move to the beautiful Outer Banks in a failed attempt to improve his golf and fishing skills! Sean joined Twiddy & Company as an ambassador for Premier Homes Services, providing the ultimate guest experience before transitioning into Field Services as a dispatcher and ultimately landed in Owner Services where his focus is Twiddy's Premier Homes Services program.

Kaitlyn Cantu

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Kaitlyn joined Twiddy & Company as an intern in Premier Home Services during the summer of 2024. After graduating from Longwood University in May 2025, she transitioned into a full-time role with the Premier Home Services team in August 2025. Kaitlyn is passionate about supporting homeowners with the care and upkeep of their properties and takes pride in ensuring guests receive a truly memorable experience during their stay. Outside of work, she loves going for walks and spending time relaxing on the beach.
