Serve your family and friends an OBX vacation with an Old Nags Head Style twist at “Camp Cocktail!” Located directly on the oceanfront, the home’s private walkway to the beach is just outside of the door of the main living area. This Old Nags Head Style cottage embodies the nostalgia of Outer Banks vacations of yesteryear, with modern updates to enhance your family’s vacation experience.
Cedar shake shingles and a wrap-around porch greet you as you pull into the driveway of this charming cottage. The Old Nags Head Style details continue inside the home with tongue and groove walls and ceilings. The great room on the second floor is the home’s main living area. The gorgeous ocean view is visible from the living area, kitchen, and dining area. The comfortable furniture in the living area is situated so you can daydream while watching the waves roll in, or simply catch a glimpse of the ocean in the background while scrolling through your newsfeed. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay. The oceanfront dining table doubles as the perfect place to play a hand of cards or a board game. Sitting outside on the deck is a great idea, no matter the time of day. Several built-in benches, a picnic table, and the hot tub can be found under the expansive covered deck. Continue along the walkway to the dune deck to soak in the sunshine and salty breezes, or walk down a few steps to land on the beach.
Back inside the home, there are three bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. On the third floor, there is one master bedroom, with its own private bathroom, as well as another bedroom and a full bathroom. Each of the third-floor bedrooms includes a private deck. A wet bar with a sink and a mini refrigerator are also available on the third floor of the home.

Thank you so much! I bought the house a year ago and updating it has been a labor of love. It was a busy winter. New fans, blinds, rugs, bedding and living/dining room furniture. Not to mention a badly needed updated master bath. There is a new kitchen underway and an updated screen door is in the works - I just ran out of time this year. "Camp Cocktail is in a great location -- in Nags Head with great views of the ocean and private access directly to the beach from the house. The house itself is lovely. It has a great layout with a traditional beach cottage ambiance but completely modern amenities and bathrooms. It has so many decks and multiple places to hang outside and dine. We had easy access to many activities and restaurants in Nags Head, but it was so quiet and relaxing we loved staying in and enjoying our time at the house and the beach. We can't wait to go back."
