Enjoy coastal comfort on the oceanfront at “Pelican’s Perch” in Duck! Located directly on the beach, this cottage offers gorgeous ocean views and fun amenities. With classic Outer Banks beach house decor and a spacious layout, everyone in your group will love this charming retreat.
In the great room on the top level of the home, the ocean view shines through the windows to fill the room. Featuring classic Outer Banks beach cottage architecture and decor, the great room is comfortably appointed. Kick back and relax in the living area and watch TV or simply gaze out at the waves rolling in. The gas fireplace is available for use during cooler months of the year. Across the room, the kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your vacation. Enjoy meals in the nearby dining area, or head outdoors onto the deck to eat as you listen to the waves lap the shore. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy the view and salty breeze at any time of the day, from sunrise with your morning coffee to late afternoon with your favorite cold beverage. Back inside the home, there is one master bedroom with an attached bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom is also available on the third floor.
On the second floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with deck access, that share a full bathroom between them. There are two additional bedrooms, one with access to the deck and a full bathroom. Outside on the covered deck, soak your cares away in the hot tub, which offers views of the ocean. Stroll down the steps to make a splash in the private pool.
