A great vacation starts by Duck ‘N Away! This vacation hideaway is just a short walk from the beach and minutes from Duck Village. Offering convenience and privacy, this home is perfect for those seeking a vacation with a balance of relaxation and activities. The upper-level sun deck wraps from front to the back of the home, allowing for sun or shade depending on the time of day. The top level features a light and open great room, which allows conversations to flow freely from the kitchen to the living and dining areas during meal preparation. A unique, small staircase leads to a lofted area that serves as a bedroom. A half bathroom off of the kitchen completes the top level.
The middle level of the home consists of sleeping quarters. This floor has two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and a full bathroom. There are plenty of deck access points on the middle level, and several different shaded areas to relax.
The lower level was designed with fun in mind, with the foosball table in the rec room and access to the pool area. A kitchenette with refrigerator keeps snacks and drinks nearby to refuel during breaks in play. A full bathroom is located on the lower level for convenience. Step outside to take a dip in the optionally heated private pool, or have a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Duck ‘N Away is located in the Schooner Ridge community, in the heart of the town of Duck, and offers community amenities, including a fitness center, tennis court, indoor and outdoor community pools. Whatever activities you choose for your Outer Banks vacation, you’re sure to have a great time at Duck ‘N Away!
