Planned updates for 2026: Sand Dollar will undergo exciting off-season upgrades to enhance your stay, including new furniture, updated lighting, fresh paint, and a renovated master bathroom in the third-floor living space; new flooring and furniture on the second floor; a refreshed game room with a new foosball table and more surprises; plus exterior improvements like new lighting and security cameras. Imagine the perfect family getaway in the coastal charm of “Sand Dollar” in Corolla! This lovely beach house is nestled in the Villages Ocean Hill community. From the moment you step inside this three-level retreat, you'll be captivated by its warm, inviting ambiance and spacious design that effortlessly combines comfort with coastal living. The home’s decor has a fresh, beachy farmhouse vibe, featuring sun-washed tones and breezy coastal colors. Hardwood floors run throughout the home, giving a warm, sand-between-your-toes look.
The great room on the top level is the hangout hub, with an open, airy layout and abundant natural light. The comfortably furnished living area is ideal for gathering to watch a movie together or simply conversing with loved ones. Across the room, the kitchen is fully equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay. Meals can be enjoyed together in the adjacent dining area. Outside, a generous deck invites you to enjoy morning coffee or an alfresco dinner under the stars, all while soaking in the refreshing ocean breeze. On the ground floor, the den/media room offers a cozy place for movie nights, gaming, or rainy-day lounging. A refrigerator and microwave are nearby, so snacks and drinks can be readily available.
The home’s cozy bedrooms serve as private sanctuaries, each thoughtfully decorated with calming coastal accents and comfortable bedding to guarantee restful nights.
