"We’ve stayed at College Ed for more than a decade. It’s a perfect home for a large family. The floor plan, view, and pool are fabulous. The beach is wide and we love to watch the shire birds attracted to the barrier posts."
"We were 8 adults, 1 teen and 4 children under the age of 8. Great location, home clean and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, read, play cards, do puzzles . We all fit at the dining room table for meals together. More than enough plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, kitchen utensils. The deck overlooking the ocean is spacious and plenty of chairs for everyone. The pool is the perfect size and there were plenty of pool chairs. The beach walkway is right next door for easy access."
