Savor beautiful surroundings in this magnificent 8,000 square foot oceanfront home. Custom designed to offer guests both luxury and leisure, this home is a remarkable venue for a restorative vacation in which you will wake to beautiful sunrises, feel the ease of a day spent near the sea, and watch the sun fall below the horizon. Views of the Atlantic Ocean, Audubon Sanctuary and Currituck Sound can be enjoyed from many gathering areas strategically located around the home.
Ocean views abound in the spacious living area on level three, which shares its double-sided fireplace with a large covered porch with retractable screens. The abundantly sized kitchen includes a granite bar with 9 chairs, a 6-burner commercial stove top with griddle, two refrigerators, dishwashers, wall ovens, and a large walk-in pantry. The dining area seats 14 with unobstructed ocean views. The 560 square foot Grand Master Suite is equipped with a gas fireplace, ocean view seating, oversized shower with pulsating wall and ceiling shower heads, and a walk-in closet. The suite opens up to both a side covered porch and private deck.
Level two boasts seven master bedrooms, cork flooring, a "Sunrise" sitting area with ocean views, and a wet bar. One of the king beds on this floor converts to two twin beds in order to accommodate different guest requirements.
Level one includes three master bedrooms, a small children's play room and has a large rec room with a game area for playing pool, foosball, shuffleboard, a vintage jukebox, video arcade game or PS4 system (games are not provided). The theatre room is adjacent to the game room and includes reclining leather seats, 120 inch HD screen, and surround sound. A large kitchen equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, icemaker, microwave, and stereo system is also on this level.
Four sliding glass doors invite you from the rec room to the outdoor bar and conversation area, built-in gas and charcoal cooking station, and cabana bath. Curved steps then lead you up to the swimming pool with spacious decking, built-in spa, and baby pool. From the pool area, a private walkway to the beach ends at the dune-top deck, which provides fantastic views.
The impressive array of amenities in this home is well complemented by those offered to guests of Pine Island Reserve. Arriving guests are welcomed by an ambassador who will familiarize guests with the home. Other exclusive features include upgraded linens, daily beach chair and umbrella set up from April 29 to September 28, and more. Guests of this home, for a small fee, can use the Pine Island Racquet and Fitness Center.
