Monterey Shores offers an impressive selection of community amenities, including a clubhouse with a fitness center, a community pool, a playground, tennis/pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a soundside dock and boat ramp. In addition to the amenities offered, planned family-friendly activities are available during the summer months. 

Vacation homes in Monteray Shores are perfect for families seeking time to relax and recharge. Many are situated on the soundfront, offering the opportunity to watch a stunning sunset from the home’s deck.

Parking passes are available at the clubhouse for overflow parking that will not fit in the driveway. These are necessary for parking overnight in the public lots.

The basketball courts are available from dawn until dusk. Basketballs are available at the clubhouse from 9AM until 6PM.

Guests may access the boat launch by making a FunFangle reservation between the hours of 9AM and 6PM.

The Fitness Center is available from 6:01AM until 7:59PM with the four-digit code provided to you after registering with FunFangle.

The playground is available from dawn until dusk.

The swimming pool is available from 9AM until 6PM from the Saturday before Memorial Day until the Sunday after Labor Day. Please check in at the front desk of the clubhouse to confirm the number of people in your group.

The tennis courts are available from 9AM until 7PM. All four courts are painted with the lines for pickleball. Tennis and pickleball equipment is available at the clubhouse from 9AM until 6PM.

Amenities are located at the clubhouse (925 S Harbor View) near the main entrance to the community. Please create an account at monterayshoreshoa.funfangle.club to be granted access.

Houses in Monteray Shores typically provide one parking space for each bedroom plus one extra which is usually the allowed number of guests at each. If you have visitors or an extra car, there is day parking available at the Clubhouse and at two small lots on Drifting Sands Drive. The “common area parking” at the Clubhouse, Marsh Landing pier and Drifting Sands may be used for “DAY USE ONLY” and are subject to towing at owners expense, if left overnight.
