Shoot for the stars on your Outer Banks vacation at “Constellation!” This newly constructed oceanfront vacation home has luxurious features throughout. The layout of the home and outdoor areas is perfect for large groups. This home is pet-friendly, so dogs are allowed as well. Weddings and events are welcome, and the home is appointed with several areas that will make any wedding week extra special. With 28 bedrooms, 33 bathrooms (29 full and 4 half bathrooms), multiple unique common areas, and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces, “Constellation” is the ideal location for an Outer Banks dream wedding. This home is located just before Milepost 9.
When arriving at the home, there is a covered, circular portion of the driveway which allows for easy transitions from the car to the front door, even in inclement weather. The elevator in the entry foyer makes unloading luggage and groceries effortless. Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, “Constellation” is centrally located close to the best attractions, shopping, and entertainment options on the Outer Banks.
The top floor of the home has multiple areas to convene, with views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean as the backdrop. Relax in the comfortable Ocean Room and chat with family members preparing a meal in the kitchen nearby. Grab a beverage from the bar and have a seat on the comfortable furniture in the sunrise lounge. Step outside onto the spacious covered deck with your morning coffee to watch the sunrise over the ocean. There are two dining tables on the covered porch for enjoying meals with a view. The fully equipped kitchen features a long bar with seating. There is a separate service kitchen, perfect for use during catered events, which opens to the main kitchen and the dining area. In addition to gorgeously appointed common areas, there are eight master bedrooms on the top level, each with a private bathroom, as well as a Bridal Suite.
The ocean-facing Bridal Suite is larger than the other master bedrooms, with a larger bathroom and deck access. Just across the deck from the Bridal Suite is a spa room, with massage tables, a pedicure chair, sitting area, and half bathroom. Four of the master bedrooms feature private deck access. An additional sitting area, a half bathroom, and laundry room are also located on the top level for convenience.
The middle level of the home is a blend of entertainment options and sleeping quarters. The ocean-facing room features a pool table, comfortable seating, and a nearby wet bar to keep refreshments handy. Step out onto the covered deck that overlooks the pool area to relax with an afternoon beverage. Upgrade your workout with an ocean view in the exercise room just across the second level deck. The arcade room is a gamer’s dream, with an air hockey table and an assortment of arcade games. A shuffleboard table is also available in the hallway near the stairs. There are twelve master bedrooms on the middle floor, each with a private bathroom. In addition, there is a master bedroom suite with two full bathrooms and a sitting area, perfect for families with children. The master bedroom suite and three of the master bedrooms have deck access. Additional laundry facilities and a half bathroom are also included on the second floor.
The ground floor of the home includes six more master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Host the ultimate family movie night in the home’s private theatre room. A cabana bar and additional lounge areas are also available on the bottom level. A half bathroom and laundry facilities are included as well for convenience.
Step outside to the spectacular outdoor area, which has everything you need for a week of fun in the sun and evenings under the stars. Make a splash in the spacious private pool, which features a wet deck for in-pool lounging. There are multiple options for poolside relaxation, including a covered deck, a tiki bar, and lounge chairs in the sunshine. Choose from one of three hot tubs for a restorative evening soak. Two half bathrooms are located in the pool area. A spacious event lawn is between the pool area and private walkway to the beach. The lawn offers the opportunity for guests to rent an event tent if desired. The adjacent private walkway to the beach gives couples a chance to get married on the beach and walk back over the dune to their wedding reception. Elevator, private pool with tiki lounge, three hot tubs, event lawn, and two half cabana baths. Exclusive Cabana Service offered from May 5, 2024 to September 21, 2024. This home receives beachside cabana and beach chair services during your stay. Service includes (1) 10x10 cabana tent and (6) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10AM to 5PM daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.

"This is house is Just PERFECT. Each Bedroom is a very good size room. They even have numbers on the Bedrooms so you can assign them to your group before you arrive there. Kitchen on top floor is really well thought of. Wish they had Garbage disposal on the sink. They had plenty of utensils to cook with. 4 Dishwashers on top floor was a great idea. View towards the ocean from any balcony is breathtaking. Abundant space to do any activity inside or Outside of the house. Swimming pool was a BIG hit for us. There is area in the pool which is shallow for kids to walk in or try to swim. 3 hot tubs were also used many times. They have 3 gas Grills but we did not use much as we like charcoal grilling. Wish they have them. They have one elevator. It is big help but a second elevator could be great help if one of them stops working or anything. We loved this house. Everything is only minutes away. All of us walked on the beach as it was only a minute away. Owner has well thought of everything. You cannot ask any better location, amenities and Value for your experience."
