"Kitchen newly remodeled and looks great."
"The kitchen, living and dining room was the best part; spacious open design which made hanging out and eating meals together easy."
"great space - loved the upstairs/downstairs and the deck. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living area made visiting and hanging out really easy!"
"Location is great and home overall was okay. The doors are hard to open and need maintenance. The patio and sunroom were not clean."
"Just Ducky II was a fantastic beach house for our week in June. We loved the beachy decor and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were a lot of fun things to do such as games, volleyball, and hot tub. We grilled out one night and enjoyed the picnic table and outdoor bathroom below the house. This house had everything we needed, including beautiful ocean views and so close to the beach. There is a sandy dune to get over, so this house might not work for less mobile people. We loved it; thanks for an awesome week full of family time and beach memories."
"Just Ducky II was a wonderful Beach Vacation for my family of 4, which consist of 2 adults and 2 children ages 2 years old and 4 years old. The beach Views were simply beautiful. I literally ran up every morning to catch the Sunrise. We truly benefited from how close the beach is to the home. Taking a short walk to the beach each morning was such a joy. Walking up the Dunes could present some difficulty to some depending on how mobile and agile you are. This did not present a problem for us. The beach wasn't crowded at all. It felt like we had our own little Island. I'm not sure if that was due to the season or location but either way we would return to Just Ducky. It's a great price and location. My favorite part of this home is the Kitchen/Family room combo. It makes for a nice family hangout space which we used for games and our annual Thanksgiving Craft. This year we did Sun catchers. My other favorite spot was the top deck which is where I caught the morning views of the Sunrise. Our special treat for after the kids went to bed was the Hot Tub. It was so relaxing and much appreciated. We also appreciated that it wasn't a long ride to stores and restaurants. Other cool amenities are the basketball goal, sand volley court and Roku TV for family movie Night. Steaming ability is a huge benefit. To sum it up I'd say Just Ducky II is an oceanfront beach cabin with gorgeous views and lots of character."
"Great house, great location. Access to beach covered in sand so only for the nimble."
"This house was wonderful! It is steps away from the beach with stellar views of the ocean. The house was very well appointed, and extremely roomy and comfortable. We have already re-booked for next year."
"We had an absolutely wonderful time! The house was immaculate and the views from the porch was amazing. I spent every morning watching the sun come up over the ocean! My only concern was getting back and forth over the dunes...that was very difficult."
