“Catch and Relax” a spectacular Outer Banks vacation at this oceanside home in Duck! Located in a quiet community south of Duck Village, the beach walkway is just at the end of the street. The home is packed with amenities and features upscale decor throughout.
Upon entering the home, you are immediately greeted by elegant murals in the foyer. The elegance continues in the great room on the top floor of the home, which also features beautiful murals. Relax and catch up with loved ones in the living area, or step out onto the deck to enjoy the salty air. A fireplace is available for use during the cooler months of the year. The kitchen is suitable for large groups, with two refrigerators, three ovens, two dishwashers, and plenty of counter space. Meals can be enjoyed together in the nearby dining area. One master bedroom and a half bathroom can be found on the third level of the home.
On the middle floor, you’ll find a mix of bedrooms and common space. The den is the perfect place to put together a puzzle or sneak away to check in with work. The second level has four master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and deck access. There is one additional master bedroom on the ground floor, also with an attached private bathroom. The first floor has several options for evening entertainment. In the game room, choose from a pool table, foosball, or game table. The nearby kitchenette includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave to ensure that snacks and cold beverages are convenient. Take movie night to the next level on the big screen in the theatre room. Laundry facilities and a half bathroom can also be found on the ground level.
Step outside to the spacious outdoor oasis. Bask in the sunshine before making a splash in the private pool. The gas grill and nearby tiki bar with kitchenette and seating allow you to prepare and enjoy meals outdoors. After the sun dips for the evening, gaze up at the stars while enjoying a restorative soak in the hot tub. The entire family will love staying at “Catch and Relax!”
