“Stella Maris of Corolla” is a true star of the sea! Centrally located in the Whalehead community, this home is located right next to the pathway to the beach. The beach is approximately a 4-minute walk from the home. The home is situated on a private lot, as there are trees all around. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax, both inside and outside of the home.
The great room on the top floor of the home is open and spacious, perfect for your entire group to congregate. Relax and watch some television together on the couches in the living area. The kitchen includes all equipment needed to prepare meals during your stay, and there’s plenty of counter space for multiple cooks to be in the kitchen. Choose to eat at the dining table nearby or at the countertop seating area. Step outside onto the wrap-around deck to enjoy morning coffee. After nightfall, grab a beverage and head up to the rooftop ship’s watch deck to gaze at the stars in the dark night sky. On the third level, there is one spacious master bedroom that includes deck access and a private bathroom with a whirlpool tub. A half bathroom can be found on the third floor as well.
An office on the second floor of the home can accommodate those who must work while on vacation. There are two master bedrooms on this level, each with a private bathroom. There are also two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom. The ground floor of the home is a combination of sleeping quarters and entertainment. There are two bedrooms that share a full bathroom, and an additional bedroom and half bathroom. The spacious rec room has a pool table and a sitting area with TV. There is also a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, and seating, so snacks and cold drinks are never far away.
The outdoor area of the home has many fun options, whether your goal is to relax in the sunshine, play games, or practice your jump shot. Make a splash in the private pool, and relax at the nearby tiki bar afterward. Have a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Just outside of the pool area is a large, sand volleyball court for a fun family challenge. Horseshoes are also included. The basketball hoop in the large driveway allows for pickup games during your stay. There is an outdoor half bath and outdoor shower to help keep the sand outside of the home. You’ll leave the Outer Banks relaxed and rejuvenated after a stay at this star of the sea, “Stella Maris of Corolla!”
