Inside, the layout feels intuitive and welcoming. On the top level, the great room features vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light. The living area offers comfortable seating, perfect for gathering to enjoy a movie or simply catch up with one another. An electric fireplace is available if the weather happens to be on the cooler side. Connected is a bright, spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space, making meal prep a breeze, whether you're whipping up pancakes for breakfast or preparing burgers for dinner. The dining area is conveniently situated nearby. Step out onto the spacious wrap-around deck to enjoy the salty breeze with your morning coffee or cold beverage in the afternoon. The screened porch is a great place to enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors.
The bedrooms at Sunsplash are thoughtfully laid out to give everyone space and privacy. Each bedroom includes access to the deck. There are two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The master bathroom on the third floor includes a whirlpool tub. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor share a full bathroom between them. There is a half bathroom on the second floor.
Outside, the private pool is ideal for cooling off during the day or soaking under the stars at night. After a long day outside, enjoy a restorative soak in the hot tub. The community beach walkway is just minutes away. When you’re ready to explore beyond the beach, Corolla’s shops, casual restaurants, the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, and scenic wild horse tours are all within easy reach.
