As you step inside the home, you’ll immediately appreciate the open, welcoming layout that feels both spacious and relaxed. The great room serves as the heart of the home, with large windows that let natural light and the ocean view fill the room. The living area is perfect for gathering with family and friends to watch a movie, share stories from the day, or simply unwind with a good book. Across the room, the kitchen is thoughtfully designed with ample counter space and all the essentials, making it easy to prepare everything from quick beach breakfasts to full family dinners. Just off the kitchen, the dining area serves as a natural gathering place for meals and laughter throughout your stay. Step outside onto the decks to feel the ocean air, sip your morning coffee as the sun rises nearby, or linger into the evening under the open sky. Take advantage of the screened porch for a shaded place to enjoy the salty ocean breeze.
For fun and entertainment, the game room offers hours of friendly competition and play, offering an ideal space where everyone can mingle, play games, or relax after a day at the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms are ideally situated for both privacy and convenience. There is one ensuite bedroom on the third floor, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. Two additional ensuite bedrooms are on the middle floor, each with a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor share a bathroom. The final bedroom and full bathroom are available on the home’s ground floor.
Staying in the Villages at Ocean Hill neighborhood means you also have access to wonderful community amenities that elevate your vacation experience. Enjoy an oceanfront pool with snack bar, soundside pool, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, playgrounds, and scenic walking paths. A fitness center is also available for a fee.
