Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from this coastal retreat! Spacious oceanfront decks provide plenty of opportunities to soak up the sunshine and enjoy salty ocean breezes. Floor to ceiling windows in the great room, dining room and loft provide stunning ocean views. There are also lighthouse views from some of the rooms and the great sitting area on the front porch. The home was thoughtfully designed with multiple lounge areas. In addition to the plentiful decks, great room and loft, common areas include a sunroom, media room, rec room with pool table, and a screened porch. After a day of playing in the surf, relax and unwind with a soak in the hot tub. Take a stroll on the beach or take advantage of the plethora of exciting amenities that Corolla Light’s oceanfront complex has to offer. The oceanfront community pools are just a short walk from the Le Chateau de Sable.
Corolla Light is a wristband community. Each guest must have a wristband to use any community amenities. This home provides 12 wristbands.

"Ample space and view was amazing, location was perfect"
"The view was the most amazing, wide view of the beach versus all the homes I have stayed in over the past 27 years. That said - it is not a "luxury" home. There are some signs of wear and tear. If those kinds of things don't sit well with you, I would look to another home. But we shopped late in the season and we found that we missed having our own pool and we'll be in a different Twiddy home next year. Twiddy never disappoints us - they are very quick to address any issues (we blew the fuses in the kitchen twice during the stay). Appreciated all the beach chairs & also the house had a boogey board or two! We needed the elevator for my 100 year old Mom, so that limits our options. The house wasn't bad - maybe a 7 of 10, but the time I had with family was a 10 out of 10!"

"I have been going to the Outer Banks for 35 years and this is the best house we have ever stayed in! All of the little touches like thoughtful decorating, multiple microwaves and dishwashers, and every appliance or pot type you could ask for made for a very stress free vacation! My family also loved the hot tub and swing on the front porch. We hope to stay here again the next time we come to OBX!"

"We were very happy with Le Chateau de Sable. It was big enough for our party of 16, ages 2 to 73, with room enough to give people get away space when they needed it. Being on the beach made it so easy to enjoy it and the community has a life guard right at the end of the walkway so we felt comfortable letting the older kids go on their own. The kitchen is well equipped and having the second refrigerator downstairs is a great convenience for those beach beverages, And Oma loved having the elevator!"
