L2: Two MBRs (K, K); BR (Q) with semi-private bath; two BRs (Q, 2T); hall bath; den/sitting area with TV; laundry.
L3: MBR (K); greatroom; dining room; kitchen with double ovens, five-burner cook top and 2 dishwashers; breakfast area; half bath.
Extras: Free unlimited video rental at Ocean Atlantic Rentals, outdoor half bath, shower & sound system, elevator, multiple TVs/VCRs/DVDs, fenced-in and landscaped backyard with pool & hot tub, volleyball, picnic table.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 4th - October 26th, 2008; option not available in July & August.
