Situated in a cul-de-sac, this home is directly across from the beach access and is less than a block from the community outdoor pool and playground. The landscaped backyard welcomes outdoor events. Other extras include: multiple TV/VCR/DVDs throughout the house, free VCR/DVD/game rentals from Ocean Atlantic Rentals in Duck (game system not provided, available for rent from OAR) and pure LeBleu water provided for drinking and cooking. L1: Gameroom w/ TV/VCR/DVD & pool table, kitchenette w/ full size refrigerator, dishwasher & icemaker, table seats 4. Two bedrooms on this level: MBR (2Duos); handicap friendly MBR (2T) close to elevator & ramped door from carport, roll-in shower, wall hung sink, grab bars around toilet & shower; cabana bath off pool deck; laundry closet w/ washer & 2 dryers; pool area designed w/ safety in mind features a gated pool & hot tub; pool has "baby pool" section (5' x8' and 12" deep); grill area next to the outdoor sink & fish cleaning station; two outdoor showers.
L2: Five bedrooms & den on this level: Four MBRs (K, K, K, 2T) w/ access to covered decks; one w/separate nursery including crib, changing table & rocker. BR (2T), hall bath, private den (QSS); laundry closet . Porch swing on rear deck overlooking back yard & pool for viewing sunsets.
L3: Greatroom w/ gas fireplace & TV/VCR/DVD; kitchen/dining room w/ gas stove, 3 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, large refrigerator, separate freezer, 1 under-counter refrigerator, wine cooler & icemaker. Counter seats 6, dining table seats 14 and additional table seats 4. Two bedrooms on this level: MBRs (K) w/whirlpool & private deck w/ocean views; MBR (K) overlooking pool. Private office alcove w/ phone & fax; open deck w/ ocean views; screened porch w/ ceiling fan overlooking pool.
L4: Loft w/ocean views; table w/ 2 chairs for puzzles or games.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 27 - October 26, 2008, option not available in July & August.
Special Events welcome in 2008 for an additional $2000. Please contact our office if you would like to make arrangements for a Special Event reservation. No Tents Allowed.
