Two MBRs (2Duo, 2T with handicap-friendly features including: close to elevator & ramped door from carport, roll-in shower with seat & hand-held shower head, wall hung sink); cabana bath off pool deck; laundry closet with washer & 2 dryers; gated pool area with hot tub; pool has "baby pool" section (5' x 8' and 12" deep); grill area; outdoor sink & fish cleaning station; two outdoor showers.
- L2: Four MBRs (K, K, K, 2T) with access to covered decks; one with separate nursery including crib, changing table & rocker. BR (2T); hall bath; private den (QSS); laundry closet. Rear deck overlooks back yard & pool for viewing sunsets.
- L3: MBRs (K) with whirlpool & private deck with ocean views; MBR (K) overlooking pool; half bath; great room with gas fireplace; kitchen with gas stove, 3 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, large refrigerator, separate freezer, 1 under-counter refrigerator, wine cooler & an ice machine. Counter seats 6, dining room seats 14 & additional table seats 4; private office alcove with phone & fax; open deck with ocean views; screened porch with ceiling fan overlooking pool.
- L4: Loft with ocean views; table with 2 chairs for puzzles or games.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 25 - October 17, 2010 (option not available in July & August).
Special Events welcome in 2010 for an additional $2,000. Please contact our office if you would like to make arrangements for a Special Event reservation. No Tents Allowed.
