Sunny Duck is uniquely located close to the ocean and on a high elevation for impressive ocean views from the level-2 and level-3 decks. Enjoy sea breezes from the oceanside wrap-around porch that also overlooks the pool. This well-designed home offers many places to escape! There’s a rec room with pool table, couch seating, wet bar and refrigerator. The theatre room offers surround sound and lounge seating. A den/study with comfortable sofa is available for quiet times, and the hot tub sets the scene for relaxation. The expansive windows in the great room bring the outdoors in and kitchen conveniences include a pantry, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, a 2-tiered island, and stainless steel appliances. The elevator to all levels and handicap-friendly master bedroom on level 3 offer added accessibility. The private, saltwater pool has a shaded deck, table, chairs, and recliners and may be heated upon request.
