This oceanfront home is located on an acre of natural beach habitat in a private gated community. Major renovations in 2007 include an all new kitchen with granite counter tops, high-end appliances, new cabinets, tiled baths, and new carpeting and paint throughout the home. Soak up some sun and sea breezes from the three levels of decking offered by this home.
L1: Garage; rec room w/TV, stereo, computer, pool table; dumbwaiter to all levels for convenience when moving groceries & luggage.
L2: MBR (K); four BRs w/private bathrooms (Q, Q, 2BS, 2T) each with deck access.
L3: MBR (K) w/whirlpool & shower; kitchen; greatroom; 1/2 bath; ship's watch; decks.
Extras: Wireless Internet access & TVs in all bedrooms.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $350 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 27 - October 26, 2008; option not available in July & August.
