Returning to the Twiddy Program for 2013!
"Del Boca Vista" welcomes you and your family to an ideal vacation location. Located in a gated community and in walking distance to the beach and some of Corolla's shops and restaurants, fun and leisure come easy at this home. Enjoy amenities such as a private 16'x30'gunnite pool, an outdoor cook area with wet bar, a 10-person in-ground hot tub, and volleyball court.

  • L1 : Two BRs (Duo/BS, Duo/BS); rec room with foosball, wet bar, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave; full bath; double laundry.
  • L2 : Three MBRs (K, Q, Q with whirlpool); two BRs (Q, 2T) with shared bath.
  • L3 : MBR (K) with whirlpool; great room with gas fireplace; kitchen with two dishwashers, two stoves and two refrigerators; dining area; half bath.
  • Extras : Volleyball court, ¾-scale basketball court, 10-person in-ground hot tub,.

Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $200 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Private pool available April 28 - October 13, 2013 (heated option not available in July & August).

    Answer Great questions Selena! Baby equipment and beach toys are not standard amenities for Twiddy homes. If you would like to rent baby equipment for your stay, Just for the Beach, Moneysworth, and Ocean Atlantic Rentals all provide baby equipment rentals. For contact information, please visit http://www.twiddy.com/activities/services.aspx. Sometimes guests leave behind a pool toys and floats. We would suggest waiting until you arrive to see what type of beach equipment is at the home. That way you don't bring, buy, or rent something that is already provided.

  • It appears on Google Earth that there is a volley ball court in the rear yard. Is that the case?

    Answer Hello Bruce, great question! F210 does advertise a volleyball court as one of its amenities.
