This oceanfront home is just steps from the beach, offers 180 degree ocean views and close proximity to area shopping, dining and golf.
L1: Two BRs (K w/semi-private bath, Q); laundry; den w/TV, refrig, wet bar; pool access.
L2: Two BRs (K, 2BS) share connecting bath; two BRs (K, 3T) share connecting bath; covered deck.
L3: Greatroom; dining; kitchen w/ granite counter tops & JennAire w/grill; half bath; ship’s watch (QSS) w/2-person whirlpool & wet bar.
Extras: High speed wireless Internet access, video library, books, picnic table, fish cleaning station, landscaped pool deck w/hot tub for 8 & bar, sand path to beach from pool area.
Pets are welcome (two max). No additional fee/deposit required.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $350 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 27 - October 26, 2008; option not available in July & August.
