“En Passant” is ideally located steps from the beach on a spacious cul-de-sac with no public parking or through-traffic, which means the beach is not crowded. Guests will appreciate the convenience of being less than a mile away from Harris Teeter and close to many shops, restaurants, and activities, all of which are accessible by the main road or a wide walking/bike path. Golfers also will love the proximity to The Currituck Club.
Enter the top level to encounter a light-filled great room perfect for large groups. It features an open layout with vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows, a large deck and outdoor dining area, and plenty of entertainment space. Relax with loved ones in the living area, watch TV, or curl up with a good book in a reading nook by the fireplace. The kitchen is equipped to prepare meals for a crowd and bringing groceries up is a breeze with the elevator. Step outside to the deck and enjoy the ocean and pool views, or continue up to the ships watch for a sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails with 360-degree panoramic views of the sea and sound. On the top floor you’ll also find the large master suite with a private deck and grand bathroom that includes custom-heated floors. A half bathroom completes the top level.
The second level offers seven well-appointed bedrooms, each with private bath, including six kings and one bunk room with two custom-designed bunks with a twin that the kids will love. Step outside to enjoy En Passant’s expansive pool complex. Enjoy a dip in the deep end of the pool, play with the little ones in the shallow section, or have a cold beverage at the swim-up bar separating the two parts of the pool. Catch a game on the outdoor TV in the cabana or soak in the hot tub. For some shade, enjoy the fully covered and custom-designed entertainment area just off the pool deck. It is equipped with ceiling fans, a second outdoor TV, ping pong, and plenty of comfortable seating. Finish off the day grilling in the covered pool-side dining area.
