“Going Coastal” is a state of mind at this well-appointed OBX vacation home! Located in Southern Shores on a quiet street on the oceanside of route 12, the beach is just a short drive or walk away. There is plenty of space inside and outside of the home to gather and spend time together.
The great room on the top floor of the home is spacious and allows natural light to fill the room. Relax on the comfortable furniture in the living area and watch TV, or choose to play cards at the game table nearby. A fireplace is available for use during cooler months of the year. The large open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the duration of your stay. Two refrigerators ensure that there’s space for all of your groceries and beverages. Ample space on the granite countertops allows for multiple folks to assist with meal prep. Two dishwashers make cleanup a breeze. Dining options include the table in the dining area nearby, as well as kitchen countertop seating. The deck off of the dining area allows you to sip your morning coffee while planning your day at the beach. The screened porch nearby is the perfect place to get out of the sun and relax in the middle of the day. There is one master bedroom on the third level, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom can also be found on the top floor.
The den on the middle floor serves as an additional place to rest and relax. The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms can be found on the second level. There are two master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. There are two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom. Laundry facilities are also located on the second floor.
Fun in the sun is on the agenda outside in the spacious pool area. Play all day in the large private pool. When you’re ready for a break, lounge around poolside in the sunshine. This home is located in the quiet community of Southern Shores, but it is just a short drive from Duck Village and the town of Kitty Hawk. Your family will love “Going Coastal” and making Outer Banks vacation memories!
