Gather your family and friends to experience “Sheer Bliss” at this gorgeous coastal retreat! Located on an elevated lot in the exclusive Palmer’s Island community, this home features panoramic ocean-to-sound views. This prestigious community is nestled at the northern end of Duck, just before the Currituck County line. With decks galore, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the views. Nature lovers will find their bliss at the outdoor oasis which surrounds the home. Take a short walk to the soundside pier to enjoy outdoor activities like crabbing, kayaking, or simply taking in breathtaking sunsets over the water. Enjoy bird watching and hiking on the Audubon Pine Island Nature Trail, which also lies just steps from the property.
Upon entering the home, the calming coastal decor invites you to relax and unwind. The spacious great room features breathtaking ocean views to the east, stunning sound views to the west, and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating options to enjoy each. The large, well-equipped kitchen would impress any gourmand. High-end appliances, including a gas range, two ovens, two dishwashers, a large refrigerator, and a wine and separate beverage refrigerator along with plentiful counter space, make meal preparation and cleanup a breeze. Kitchen counter seating offers a casual approach to dining, while the elegant dining area allows for more formal dining affairs. Alfresco dining while the sun sets is also available on the oversized screen porch. An elevator that stops at all three floors adds convenience to unloading groceries or luggage. The top level is finished with an impressive ocean-to-sound master bedroom suite. The bedroom has a wall of windows to allow the ocean view in, as well as deck access. The oversized bathroom features a steam shower and a whirlpool tub unlike any other, where you can gaze out at the sound while soaking your cares away.
The middle level of the home includes a roomy den, with a TV and a large couch that was created for lounging. The den also offers access to the covered deck that was made for enjoying salty breezes and a shaded swing on the hammock. Three master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, are located on this level. There are also two bedrooms, each with a private half bathroom and a shared shower/tub, that complete the middle level. All bedrooms on this level have deck access.
The lower level features one bedroom and a semi-private full bathroom. Step outside to take a refreshing dip in the generously-sized private pool. The boarded beach access, which also features a large dune deck, ensures that you’ll have sandy toes in no time.
