A convenient location and a great selection of amenities make “Yellow Fin” an excellent place for your family to make vacation memories! Centrally located in the gated Four Seasons community, this home is within walking distance of the beach, the sound, and Duck Village. With an impressive selection of amenities, both at the home and within the community, there’s something for everyone at this coastal retreat.
On the third floor of the home, you’ll find the home’s main living space, the open and spacious great room. Kick back and relax with loved ones in the comfortably furnished living area. Outside on the deck, enjoy the sunshine and salt air. A gas fireplace is available to keep you warm during the chillier months of the year. Make family meals with ease in the kitchen, which includes all equipment needed. Enjoy family meals together in the dining area nearby. There is one master bedroom on the top level, which includes a private bathroom and access to the deck. A half bathroom completes the top floor of the home.
Four additional master bedrooms can be found on the middle level of the home, each with a private bathroom and access to the deck. The final bedroom and full bathroom are located on the ground floor. There is also a sitting area with a wet bar and a refrigerator on the first floor. Play all evening long at the pool table or foosball table in the rec room in the garage.
Outside, make a splash in the refreshing private pool, or soak your cares away in the hot tub. "The home feels fresh and brand new. Bright, light, and airy. There is plenty of room to gather for a meal, inside or outside. The kids loved the game space. We came in the spring when the weather was chilly and enjoyed the hot tub but can't wait to return when it is warmer so we can enjoy the pool. My favorite thing about the house is the location. We loved walking to the shops and getting pastries in the morning or dinner at night. It is also a short walk to the beach."
