Settle into the great room’s leather couches that frame the TV to watch the morning news or get comfortable on the deck with a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise. The top level is full of life with custom kitchen cabinets, bold light fixtures, 2 dining tables to host your family dinners. Cooking dinner is a dream in this kitchen, with state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Relax at the island with seating while the chef of the family puts on a show!
Head to the middle level for nights full of sound sleeps in the five master bedrooms. Can’t agree on what movie to watch on family movie night? Split up and settle into the mid-level den with leather couches, a desk, and doors opening up to the wrap around deck!
The ground level is the perfect leisure environment. You’ll find multiple spots to find some rest and relaxation of this floor. Take a load off in the state of the art theatre room, with seating for 12 and surround sound or rile up your competitive side with a game of pool in the rec room! Outside the doors of the rec room is Puttin’ On The Ritz’s private pool, poolside cabana, and hot tub shaded by three pergolas.
