Relax, unwind, and enjoy “Kuhl Breeze” on the Outer Banks! Located directly on the oceanfront in Corolla, this home offers coastal comfort and top amenities. A private pool, tiki bar, and multiple decks allow your group to spend ample time outdoors when you’re not at the beach. The entire family, including pets, will enjoy the unique layout of the beach house.
Enter the home on the ground floor, where you’ll also find laundry facilities. The second level of the home includes an attractive and spacious full kitchen, which includes a breakfast bar, as well as a dining area and a sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all equipment needed to prepare meals for the duration of your stay, whether your vacation menu includes convenience foods or three-course dinners. There is a wet bar in the nearby dining area, so no need to venture into the kitchen for a beverage. Watch your favorite show during meals if you wish, as there is a TV within view. Large windows allow the sunshine to fill the entire room. There is access to the deck from the second level, which overlooks the pool area. There is one master bedroom with a private bathroom on the second floor. An additional bedroom and a separate full bathroom can also be found on the second level.
The third floor of the home offers the great room, which features large windows and a gorgeous view of the ocean. A wet bar in the living area keeps cold drinks and snacks handy. One master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom, can be found on the third level. There is also a full bathroom and an additional bedroom on the third floor. One additional bedroom can be found on the fourth floor of the home, as well as a loft reading nook.
Fun in the sun is available in many different areas outside of the home. Enjoy your morning coffee while looking out for dolphins swimming by in the ocean on the third floor deck. Afternoon snacks can be enjoyed at the table and chairs on the second floor deck. Head up the steps to have a restorative soak in the hot tub, or continue along the private walkway to access the beach. Make a splash in the private pool or soak up the sunshine on a lounge chair in the pool area. Take a break from the sun with a cold drink at the tiki bar in the pool area.
