Come on down to Corolla and “Just Enjoy the Sea!” This amazing three-story oceanside home in Corolla offers a variety of amenities that will make your week at the beach memorable. Enjoy the game room, equipped with a foosball table and pool table, to unwind after a day of soaking in the sun. The house is within walking or biking distance of the sought-after Whalehead Beach. It is just a few steps away from the exclusive community pool. Your little kiddos will surely enjoy the community playground. Shopping, dining, and entertainment in Corolla are just a few minutes away from home.
The top level of the home offers a bright and open space, featuring modern coastal decor. Relax in the living area with family and friends after a fun day at the beach. A gas fireplace is available for use during cooler months. The attractive kitchen is stocked with all of the equipment needed to prepare meals during your stay. Countertop seating allows a quick breakfast before heading out into the sunshine for the day. Along with the countertop seating, seating in the dining area nearby allows everyone to enjoy meals together. Step out onto the deck to relax, have some coffee, and enjoy the salty breeze. A half bathroom completes the top level of the home.
On the middle level of the home, there is one master bedroom, with a private bathroom suite. There are two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. An office is available on the middle floor, convenient for those who need to catch up on some work while on the Outer Banks. There is one additional bedroom on the ground floor with a full bathroom next to it. A den provides another space to kick back, relax, and watch TV. A mini refrigerator and microwave are available for use in the den, so no trips to the third level are needed for a cold drink or quick snack. The pool table and foosball in the game area will provide many hours of evening fun for all. Corolla Bay offers impressive community amenities, such as a large community pool, bathhouse, beach volleyball court, playground, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and a picnic area. “Just Enjoy the Sea” is a lovely oceanside retreat in Corolla!
