"OBX Harbor" provides a sanctuary for enjoying memorable seaside vacations and commemorating special occasions. A remarkable catalog of amenities, paired with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, Audubon Sanctuary and Currituck Sound, make "OBX Harbor" the perfect destination.
The ground level provides a variety of year-round activities. A spa suite includes a pedicure chair, manicure and make-up area, massage table, sauna, and full bath. The gentleman's room boasts a pool table, shuffleboard table, large televisions, and a fireplace. Children may enjoy their own hideaway, complete with a large interactive television screen. Children and adults alike can play classic arcade games including Arcade Legends. The 24-seat theatre room incorporates a professional golf simulator (golf clubs not provided), as well as one free professional simulator lesson in the home. This room also can double as a fully integrated meeting space. A kitchenette and terrace room with retractable glass walls, effortlessly transition to the pool patio and alfresco dining areas.
The second level boasts nine master suites, eight having deck access, three facing the ocean, and four facing the sound, as well as a sitting area equipped with a wet bar and refrigerator.
A large "ocean room" on level three offers uninterrupted views of the sea, and transitions into an additional lounge area, separated by a double-sided fireplace. A boat shaped bar is docked adjacent to the lounge and offers panoramic ocean views. The gourmet kitchen includes two Sub-Zero refrigerators, two dishwashers, a six-burner gas range with griddle, double wall ovens, and microwave drawers. The dining room provides expansive ocean views and is the perfect setting for family gatherings. Two master bedroom suites (one with handicap-friendly features) have deck access, while the grand admiral's suite has a spacious bathroom with a large multi-head marble shower, a private water closet, and a lighted make-up vanity.
Outdoors, guests will find a covered area and bar for open air dining and lounging. The pool area includes both a shallow wading area and deeper main area, spacious pool decking, and a second level sun deck. Partake in a game of Ping Pong or basketball game in the pool with a basketball backboard. A large grassy area adds a space for those who enjoy more vigorous activities, while two custom designed spas provide the perfect hideaway. A covered pavilion with a two sided fireplace, TV with sound system, and seating area, enhances this outdoor paradise.

The impressive array of amenities in this home is well complemented by those offered to guests of Pine Island Reserve. Arriving guests are welcomed by an ambassador who will familiarize guests with the home. Other exclusive features include upgraded linens, daily beach chair and umbrella set up from April 29 to September 28 only, and more. Guests of this home receive reduced greens fees at the Kilmarlic Golf Club, and for a small fee, use of the Pine Island Racquet and Fitness Center.
