L1: Two MBRs (K, 2T); theater room w/ projector & surround sound; laundry area; den (SS) w/home theatre projector, surround sound & arcade game; wet bar & pool table; half bath.
L2: Five MBRs (K handicap friendly, K, K, K, 2duo); den (SS); 2nd laundry area.
L3: MBR (K) w/ whirlpool; kitchen w/ 2 refrigerators, dishwashers & ovens; greatroom; two dining areas; half bath.
Extras: High speed wireless Internet access, outdoor dining area, arcade game, indoor/outdoor music system including top deck and pool area, all-in-one office printer.
Pool may be heated upon request, for an additional weekly fee of $700 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 4 - October 26, 2008; option not available in July & August.
Special Events welcome in 2008 for an additional $2,000. Please contact our office if you would like to make arrangements for a Special Event reservation.
