L3: MBR (K) handicap friendly w/3' doors in bath & a roll-in shower w/dual heads, w/TV/VCR; greatroom w/home theater system; kitchen w/2 dishwashers; half bath; decks w/ocean views.
L4: Sports bar w/TVs & poker table, wet bar w/refrigerator; deck; ocean & sound views.
Extras: Computer; high speed wireless Internet access; keyless keypad entry.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $300 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Private pool available May 4th - October 26th, 2008 (heated option not available in July & August).
