Enjoy being both close to the beach for lazy days near the surf, and in Duck Village for strolling, shopping and dining in a seaside village atmosphere. The private pool with ample decks for lounging will lure you away from the sand and surf to hang out at the house! The hot tub is on the patio beside the private pool so adults can relax while the kids play in the pool. Bike with the kids, have some fun with water sports and take in the sights and sounds. Strike up a game of pool in the billiards loft or volleyball in the yard! Three gathering areas and seven master suites give everyone room to spread out and enjoy privacy - you can get involved or get away whenever you like.

• L1: BR (Duo/Tr); rec room with wet bar, full-size refrigerator, microwave & ice machine; full bath with direct access to pool area.
• L2: Five MBRs (K, K, K, Q, Q) all but one with deck access; MBR (2BS); den.
• L3: MBR (K) with whirlpool and deck access; great room with gas fireplace; dining area; kitchen with 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens; half bath; loft with pool table.
• Extras: Private pool, hot tub, elevator, multiple TVs/DVDs, pool table, high chair, community pool, community tennis.

Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $400 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 2 - October 17, 2010 (option not available in July & August).
