Approximately a three minute walk to the beach and an eight minute walk to downtown Duck. Your family will love this home's layout and list of amenities.
L1: BR (Q); gameroom w/HDTV entr ctr, kitchenette w/micro, refrig and sink; handicap friendly full bath; patio w/pool; 7-person hot tub; outside half bath.
L2: Three MBRs (Q, Q, 2T); BR (Duo/Tr); full bath; laundry.
L3: MBR (K) w/whirlpool; kitchen; greatroom with entr cntr and surround sound; half bath.
Extras: Multiple TV's/VCRs/DVDs, outside speakers on L1 & 3, front porch swing, 2 mid-floor swing chairs, wagon for beach items, video library.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $200 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 26 - October 25, 2008; option not available in July & August.
