New pool for the 2008 season! This vacation home offers ocean views from the living areas, bedrooms and porches. Located conveniently close to the shops and restaurants of Duck Village, this retreat has something for everyone!
L1: Full bath; private den (QSS); gameroom, wet bar, microwave & ice machine.
L2: MBR (K) w/deck access; BR (K) w/deck access & semi-private bath; two BRs (2T, Duo/BS); laundry; decks.
L3: MBR (K); half bath; kitchen; greatroom; hot tub; decks & walkway to beach w/dune deck.
Extras: Multiple TV/DVDs, wine cooler, private pool.
Pool may be heated upon request for no additional fee. Please contact our office in advance to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Private pool available May 3rd - October 25th, 2008 (heated option not available in July & August).
