beautiful view of the ocean from the decks, living room very comfortable, bedrooms a little small but I am not staying in my bedroom, layout of the house is good, dog was able to roam all the decks making her stay enjoyable.

The location of Summer Stay was perfect. Being so close to beach access without paying an ocean front premium while having a private pool was perfect for my family. The house is extremely functional, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable for my family of 6, and Sand Dollar Shores was a quiet street. For our first time in OBX we feel like we chose a great house, a great location, and would definately come back!
