"Bay to the Breakers" is outfitted for active families; featured amenities include volleyball, private pool, hot tub, foosball, combination air hockey/ping-pong/pool table. The greatroom offers a children's area, complete with a "kid size" dining table! Located on a cul de sac in the community of Port Trinitie, the family will enjoy close proximity to the community pool and tennis courts. Port Trinitie is located just north of Duck Village, which offers unique shopping, dining, coffeehouses, a biking/jogging path and much more.
L1: Entry; rec room (QSS); full size refrigerator; foosball.
L2: MBR (Q) w/whirlpool tub and deck access; two BRs (2BS, 2T) w/shared bath; two BRs (Q, 2T) w/shared bath; laundry.
L3: BR (K) w/deck access; full bath w/steam shower; greatroom (QSS) w/TV/VCR/DVD, stereo, wood-burning fireplace; dining area; kitchen; screened porch.
Extras: Private pool 13x30 (salt filtered and treated) with decorative tile on the edge and a dolphin figure in the bottom; hot tub for 6; wireless high speed Internet access; volleyball court; multiple TVs/VCRs/DVDs/stereos; book/video libraries; high chair; children's table and chair set; games; basketball goal; foosball; combination air hockey/ping-pong/pool table; porch swing; fish cleaning table; charcoal grill.
Private pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $200 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Private pool available May 3rd - October 25th, 2008 (heated option not available in July & August).
