This vacation retreat is situated on a high lot and provides views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Currituck Sound! Offering convenient beach access and decking, enjoying the natural beauty of the coast is easy. Treat your family to a beach vacation at this thoughtfully designed cottage.
L1: BR (2BS); full bath; rec room w/ TV/stereo & foosball; access to gated pool & hot tub.
L2: Four MBRs (Q w/ deck access, 2T w/ deck access, Q, D); den/library w/ deck access; laundry.
L3: MBR (K) w/ claw foot tub; greatroom w/ gas fireplace; dining area seats 14-16; half bath; kitchen w/ island; reading nook; covered decks w/ table & chairs for dining.
Extras: Multiple TV/VCR/DVDs, video & book library, games, hammock.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $450 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 27 - October 26, 2008, option not available July & August.
