If sports are your interest, take advantage of the tennis and basketball courts located next to the Four Seasons Club House. Also offering a community fitness center and indoor pool for your enjoyment. The options for fun and relaxation are endless at Mellow Yellow! L1: Rec room w/full refrigerator; BR (Duo/BS) - ideal for the youngsters in your group!; BR (2T) w/semi-private bath - a perfect setup for the grandparents to keep an eye on the little ones. The ground floor has a foosball table, wet bar, full refrigerator, laundry room and TV/DVD/VCR. Doors open to a beautiful patio with a pool and hot tub. Watch the kids play in the pool while taking a break from the sun under the covered patio.
L2: Two MBRs (K, Q); BR (K); full bath; den (QSS). All rooms have their own TVs in case you need a break from the crowd!
L3: MBR (K); greatroom w/gas fireplace; kitchen; dining area; 1/2 bath; plentiful decking so you can always catch a sea breeze! The front deck is a perfect spot to watch the comings and goings of the neighborhood.
Extras: The built-in stereo system in the greatroom and rec room allows you to listen to music while relaxing in the pool or hot tub. Wash off in the outdoor shower facilities after a day at the beach and relax in the two covered hammocks overlooking the pool area.
Private pool available May 3 - October 25, 2008.
Pets: Two dogs max; no cats. No additional fee/deposit required.
