Luv'n The View is a 5 BR Oceanside home located in the wonderful community of Four Seasons in Duck which offers a bundle of community amenities for the whole family as well as being in walking distance to all the great shops and dining that Duck Village has to offer.  This home offers a trolley stop right next door to make it very convenient to come and go to the beach as you please.

Pros:

• The trolley stop is right next door to this home which makes for easy pick up or drop off to head to the beach.
• The backyard also backs up to the community walkway to the beach which I think is approximately a 10 minute walk from the home.
• The yard is nicely landscaped and offers a volleyball court in the backyard.
• The master suites in the home are incredible.  One has a large Jacuzzi tub with a separate shower and the other has a large shower with double shower heads.
• L3 is nice and open and offers horizon ocean views.
• The L1 sitting room is a nice additional space for gathering together.  This room also has a wet bar with a full refrigerator.

Cons:

• Distance to the beach.

Luv'n The View is a great 5 BR Oceanside home in Four Seasons situated on an elevated lot allowing the level 3 horizon ocean views incredible to gaze at each day!

Pros:

• Gated, private pool with patio picnic area and Volleyball sand pit.
• Elevated Lot with Horizon Ocean views (looking atop the other homes) from L3.
• Spacious L2 & L3 decks.
• L3 Covered outdoor dining area with horizon views of the ocean.
• 2 “secluded” King MBR suites. 1 with a tiled standup double headed shower.  1 with a large Jacuzzi and separate standup shower.
• L1 TV room with extra full fridge, wet bar and access to pool.

Cons:

• The home is approximately the halfway point from the beach and from the rec center.
• Backs up to the community walkway, approximate 10 minute walk OR you can just take advantage of the trolley.
