This oceanfront home captures views of the ocean and offers space for a great multi-family vacation. All bedrooms have a private bath, plus, there are spacious living areas including a top-level family room with ocean views & a well stocked kitchen. Level 2 has a media room with surround sound & computer containing a large selection of music and videos to satisfy all tastes. The ground-level rec room features a pool table & kitchenette. Relax poolside or on the many decks of this beach retreat. The pool area features a bar, outside shower & restroom for added convenience.

• L1: Two MBRs (2BS, BS/Duo/Tr); rec room with pool table & kitchenette.
• L2: Three MBRs (K with whirlpool & deck access, K with deck access, K); media room.
• L3: MBR (K) with whirlpool and deck access; great room; dining area; kitchen; half bath.
• Extras: Private solar-assisted pool (heated pool option also available upon request, but, requires an ambient air temperature of 60 degrees; see below for additional details), hot tub, open air shower available on the walkway to beach, multiple TVs/DVDs, gas grill; whole-house music system (including poolside), roof under L3 deck allows use of the L2 deck during inclement weather.

Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $300 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 1 - October 16, 2010 (option not available in July & August).
