Colony By The Sea is an oceanfront condominium complex located in Duck with a swimming pool, tennis courts, on-site laundry facilities, central area for outdoor grilling, basketball courts, volleyball courts and horseshoe pits. All units face the sea with ocean views and easy beach access. Each unit has a hall bath, kitchen w/dishwasher, microwave, counter seating, living area and private balcony facing the sea. Beach chairs are not provided due to limited storage space.
