This six-bedroom oceanside retreat is situated just steps from the beach and right up the road from the shops and restaurants of Duck Village. Enjoy a coastal vacation complemented by this home's comfort and convenience.
L1: MBR (K); BR (2T) w/full bath that adjoins rec room w pool table; kitchenette w/refrigerator, microwave & sink; laundry; hot tub & optionally heated pool.
L2: Two MBRs (K, Q); BR (Duo/BS) w/semi-private bath; open den w/high speed wireless Internet access; decking.
L3: MBR (K); kitchen; dining room; greatroom w/ gas fireplace; half bath; decking.
Extras: Volleyball, board games, surround sound.
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $300 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available May 4th - October 26th, 2008, option not available July & August.
