The Last Resort is a 6 BR Oceanside home located in the "heart" of Duck, close to unique shops and great dining. This home offers the popular amenities of a private pool and hot tub along with a theatre room, sports bar and elevator.

Pros:

  • Located in the “heart” of Duck, close to shops and dining.
  • Colorful interior with themed bedrooms (6 King Master Bedrooms).
  • Level 3 screened-in porch with outdoor dining leading to the crows nest with ocean and sound views.
  • Theatre room with projection screen and theatre seats with cup holders.
  • Sports bar on level 1 with flat screen TV, sofa, pool table, billiards, and arcade game.
  • Granite countertops with double appliances.
  • High-speed Wireless Internet access.
  • Private pool & hot tub with an outdoor island kitchen, bar, grill, and dining area.

Cons:

  • Approximate 10 minute walk to the beach.

The Last Resort is a 6 BR Oceanside home in the community of Bayberry Bluffs in Duck located on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance to the beach or to Duck Village in which you will find great walking paths, excellent dining, and unique shops.

Pros:

  • Home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance to the beach or to town for ice cream.
  • Level 1 sports bar has a roulette table, shuffleboard, pool table, 2 large flat screen TVs and a mega touch game system.
  • Tiered theatre room that seats 10 people.
  • The outside living space offers a built in bar with refrigerator and outside stereo.
  • The Level 3 Master Bedroom has an awesome claw foot tub that is filled with water that comes from the ceiling and the separate shower has a waterfall shower head.
  • Commercial grade stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.
  • The screened porch offers a wonderful dining area outside that offers access to the crows nest for stunning views of the ocean and sound.

Cons:

  • Distance to the beach may be far for some but the house is worth the extra walk.
