Avoid the weekend traffic---check in on Friday! Just three lots from beach access and offering amenities inside and out, this home may become your family's favorite.
L1: Gameroom w/61" HD TV & entertainment center, bumper pool table, billiards table, kitchenette w/ dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave; two BRs (2T w/semi-private bath, Duo/Tr); patio w/pool & hot tub.
L2: Den (QSS) w/TV/VCR; two MBRs (K, K); BR (Q) w/ semi-private bath; decks.
L3: Greatroom w/entertainment center; dining area; kitchen; MBR (K); half bath, decks.
Pets are welcome (2 max). No additional fee/deposit required.
Extras: Multiple TV/VCRs/DVDs, high speed Internet access, outside cement ping pong table, 12 x 60 Bocce Ball court, putting green, free videos at Ocean Atlantic Rentals, YMCA membership (limit 20 guests per day).
Pool may be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee of $350 (plus tax). Please contact our office in advance if you would like to make arrangements for this optional amenity. Heated pool available April 25 - October 24, 2008 option not available July & August.
