Love the location of this home. Love the open floor plan on the top level. Pool and hot tub were great!

Overall "Island Breeze" is a nice home. It fits two families comfortably. The front yard is awesome. And, many hours were spent laughing and sitting around the over-sized island.

The hot tub would be more used if it was in the open yard instead of under a deck. The pool was well heated but fiberglass bottom had a few stains on it in multiple places. It did not prevent us from using it :) it was just the aesthetics.
